Students in Ms. Feske's 6th grade ELT class researched earthquakes and strategies engineers use to make buildings earthquake resistant. Students then built a structure and tested it's strength using a shake table. #WeAreRHMS




Ms. Trombly's classes are practicing kindness by giving "shout-outs" to other students and teachers. Students write positive messages and thank-you notes on sticky notes, then display them on the classroom door! #WeAreRHMS


Butterbraids will be delivered Thursday, 12/14/17. Parents should pick up orders if a student has more than five orders. PTSO will be at RHMS until 4:00 p.m. for pick ups. #WeAreRHMS

Sixth grade students in Ms. Warren, Ms. Nail, Mr. Maiden, and Ms. Johnson's STEM ELT classes have researched renewable energy and built windmills. They are converting mechanical energy to electrical energy and are measuring voltage using voltmeters. #WeAreRHMS

Randy Dixon and Ricky Southard from Republic Services spoke to 8th Grade ELT STEM students about recycling and its connection to STEM education. Emma Highsmith and Summer Richards are members of one ELT STEM group that choose recycling as their long range project. #WeAreRHMS
