The time has come to continue with the "Outwork! Outplay! Outdo!" mindset for RHMS Girls Flag Football! Make sure to complete the Interest form on the Girls Flag Football Website. Flag Clinics to start preparing for the 2025 Season will begin on Friday, November 8th! Make sure you have a sports physical on file, and all the proper equipment in order to participate!
